Cotton Duck, also referred to as duck cloth, duck canvas, sometimes duck cotton, or simply duck, is a heavy cotton made with two yarns woven together in the warp and a single yarn in the weft (click here to see what warps and wefts are). This weaving makes a strong, hefty, canvas. So strong, it’s used to make sails for boats.
Cotton Duck actually wears in instead of wearing out.
But don’t take our world for it.
