I phoned in to purchase a wool hat.

The service on the phone was very good exactly what I expected.

Received my order in about3 business days, very good.

Surprised I did not get any info on care of or cleaning of my new wool hat ?

Will need to make contact again for instruction I guess.

Overall it was a good experience.

The hat was for my husband. He wanted one last year but for some reason he thought it too expensive, so I got him one this year for Christmas.

Yhe day after it was delivered I noticed that you were selling it at a discount.

I was somewhat annoyed.

But I have a few Tilly items and I really enjoy them. They last a long time.
