Lifetime Warranty

I am so satisfied with the lifetime warranty policy. Since I got the hat as a gift so I did not have a receipt. When I applied for the lifetime warranty, I was wondering it would be working without the receipt. Fortunately, the customer service staff took several steps to get approved for the warranty. It was very reasonable for customers. Thanks.
