Machine wash delicate or hand wash cold. Use mild detergent. Do not use softeners or bleach. Remove windcord and foam from crown pocket before washing. Reshape and air dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

This is my third Tilley since I gave my first one, a slightly too small LTM5, to a family member after 2 years. My second one is a Moka TH4, bought in 2016 since I wanted a hat with a good size brim for the most sun protection, especially on the back of my neck. Prefer hemp over nylon or cotton for it wear and durability. Only down side to the TH4 is that it would flop as soon as mild wind would blow. And that is not desirable when hiking or on a golf course when you need that sun protection. So in 2026 I got the TH5 in Olive. If the perfect hat exists, it's this baby ! I still wear the TH4 for working outside but use the smaller brimmed TH5 for any other outdoor activity. Great quality made in Canada.

Without fuss & really promptly Tilley UK honoured the guaranteed for life terms on my many years owned & loved, but now retired Airflow. My replacement T5 Hemp Hat has just arrived. Tilley honours its commitment to customers. Highly recommend.

I've owned this hat for 20+ years and have never considered retiring it or trading it in for a new one. I worked hard and sweated even harder to achieve this 'perfect' look to my hat. I don't believe that Tilley makes the wide-brimmed version of this hat any longer and it's a sad world for that.
