Care
Remove hats sizing tape before washing or cleaning, then replace with fresh sizer.
Our Hat sizers are made of soft EVA foam with high quality 3M adhesive that is durable and withstands high temperature and moisture. The adhesive power decreases if the sizer is removed and reapplied. If you prefer reusing the same sizer we suggest you remove the sizer very slowly keeping the adhesive layer on the sizer. Gently place the removed sizer on a plastic surface with adhesive surfaces towards the plastic. Apply on the hat again once hat is completely dry after washing

It does exactly what it says -- using one of these made my slightly-too-big hat fit well. I haven't tried removing and reapplying the sizer yet so I can't vouch for whether it survives multiple applications.

I just bought the T5MO Adventure Airflo Hat and the LTM5 Airflo Sun Hat and like both of them very much. So much so that I have ordered their All-weather Brim Hat. They are comfortable to wear (the spacers really help). I've worn them in very sunny humid weather and they never got annoying. They look good too.
