Machine wash delicate or hand wash cold. Use mild detergent. Do not use softeners or bleach. Remove windcord and foam from crown pocket before washing. Reshape and air dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

I bought my first Tilley T3 back in 1993 and sadly lost it. I bought my next T3 back in the early 2000's and it has been all over the world and never let me down. I recently bought a brand new T3 Classic in Denim and an all weather hat for paddling. You can't beat this Canadian icon!

Classic Tilley Hat this model is still.made in canada. Durable material plus life time guarantee.
I'd encourage others to go for this hat to support canadian workers.
This is my second tilley, just wanted another color, awesome hats that lasts a true canadian classic paddling through the parks. Or drinks on the patio.

My Tilley hat is so old that I do not know how old it is. 26 years, maybe. The label shows your website URL. I wonder what was the first year you added that to the label? --- I remember carefully writing my name and phone number in the hat. I think I used my a landline phone number because cell phones were so new. A thousand sweaty days and a hundred washings later, the permanent ink that I used is just a blur now. I keep waiting to take advantage of your promise "Replaced free if it ever wears out" that is prominent in the label but I'll be damned if I can truly say that this hat is worn out even today.

Had the cotton duck natural hat since the late 80s when my dad received two hats for opening a US account in Canada. Since then, his son has warn this hat for all of his cottage, camping and vacation trips. After over 30 years, Tilley honoured their guaranty and just ordered a new one. Thanks Tilley for the quality and continued honour of this awesome product!

My old bald head was getting sunburnt while walking my Labrador so it seemed appropriate to buy a Canadian hat.
It’s great quality and it fits perfectly. The head measuring and sizing instructions were spot on for me.
It’s better than I hoped. I’m really pleased.
