Purchased Stone colour (L). Tilley hats tend to run small, so fit is slightly snug. Less chance to blow away, but might be an issue with thick hair. Wind cord for security is also removable. Pocket velcro secured is very handy, can hold small items such as: credit cards, keys and cash. Wear for daily walks and vacations. It provides excellent protection from the sun. Ventilation could be better, but cotton does retain heat. Due to colour, it can get dirty and easily washes away. Water Repellent, still can soak with heavy rain. Nearly perfect and slight downgrade due to smaller fit.
