Packing Instructions
Flip the hood onto the upper chest of the jacket so it lays flat. Fold the arms over each other on the jacket's torso. Folding your raincoat poncho into a square shape helps it fit better into the square-shaped pocket.
Care
Machine wash cold with like colours. Gentle cycle. Wash with technical detergent to preserve the technical features of the fabric.

Some Tilley hats are Guaranteed for Life against normal wear and tear, imperfect workmanship, or faulty material. If your hat experiences any of these issues, please submit your request by selecting and completing the “Guaranteed for Life” form below. Next steps will be provided within 5-7 business days.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Only hats with the designated “Guaranteed for Life” label will be considered for replacement. Customers must provide photos to identify the eligibility of the item, as well as proof of destruction of the item upon request once approval is granted. All qualifying replacements are subject to a non-waivable handling fee.
Note: Tilley Endurables only accepts Guaranteed for Life requests through Tilley.com. Any requests submitted outside of the electronic portal will not be accepted. Should you have any questions, please contact the Tilley Customer Service Department by email.
Packages sent without prior authorization will be refused and returned to sender at the shipper’s cost. Processing times may vary due to increased volumes in peak seasons and are contingent on the provision of all required information from the customer. Requests will not be shipped until all requirements are met by the customer. Tilley will not be held responsible or liable for any lost or stolen packages in transit. Please contact your carrier to settle any shipping issues.

Very rugged and useful to have in your kit. On a national park tour, the weather turned to snow and cold temps faster than the weather had predicted; having this in my kit was great, kept the rain, snow, and hail at bay and provided a great outer layer to calm the wind. Kept me from having to buy an extra coat while on vacation and packed up pretty small. Wearing a back pack over it was fine and held up well. Had a handful of people ask me where they could get one while out and about.

I bought the XL and am pleased with its packability and weight (I roll it into the hood rather than faff with the pouch, I find that quicker, but I guess either way works)
My only gripe is that the sleeves seem short. I’m 5’11” and about an inch or two of my fleece that im wearing underneath sticks out and gets wet. Very good waterproofing and the options of side poppers and front zipper allows you to regulate condensation inside . I love it and would have given five stars had the sleeves been longer.

My poncho performed with excellence, keeping me and my pack dry through Wakayama wind and rain the final day of an 8-day pilgrimage through the mountains. With a 4 km steep ascent straight up with no switchbacks, and an equally steep ascent, at times, ventilation was still important, so the poncho proved the right choice.
